Requirement for Wema Bank Bankers in Training Programme
- Second Class Upper (2:1) minimum in any course (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, Mass Comm, Sociology, Psychology, etc. highly favoured)
- Born in 1999 or later (i.e. 26 years or younger right now)
- Completed NYSC (Discharge/Exemption certificate ready)
- Burning passion for sales, marketing & relationship management
- Outstanding communication & confidence
- Ready to resume immediately if shortlisted
