Eligibility Criteria for PTDF Scholarship 2026
For MSc Applicants:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in the first degree, or Second Class Lower (2.2) with relevant industry experience.
- Completion of NYSC.
- Five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Computer literacy.
- National Identity Number (NIN) verified before application.
For PhD Applicants:
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) in the first degree and a good postgraduate degree.
- Completion of NYSC.
- Five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Computer literacy.
- Research proposal relevant to the oil and gas industry.
- National Identity Number (NIN) verified before application.
Additional Requirement for Lecturers:
- Letter from the Vice-Chancellor confirming no other scholarship is being received.
