ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Requirements
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any of the following or related disciplines:
- Accounting
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Social Sciences
- Engineering
- Law
- Other related degrees relevant to business, analysis, or procurement
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. ExxonMobil Graduate Internship Programme
- A valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
- Not more than 2 years post‑NYSC completion at the time of application.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with colleagues across functions
- Good data analysis skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Effective presentation skills for sharing findings and updates
- Ability to create or manage efficiency tools (e.g., templates, simple dashboards, process trackers) is an added advantage
