Admission Requirements 2026/2027

You must possess the following:

  1. Valid Community Midwife Practicing License issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
  2. Five (5) O’Level Credits in:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
      (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS – maximum of two sittings)

  2. Proceed to the Bursary Department and pay ₦10,000 cash
  3. Collect your Direct Entry Midwifery form
  4. Fill the form accurately
  5. Attach clear photocopies of:
    • O’Level result(s)
    • Community Midwife License
    • Birth certificate/declaration of age
    • State/LGA indigene certificate
    • 4 passport photographs
  6. Submit completed form to the Registration Office on or before 12th February 2026
